Rebuilding pipeline to $2.5m annually.

The brief

Service Evaluation Concepts (SEC) had no meaningful digital pipeline. Despite a long history and strong reputation in mystery shopping and brand experience consultancy, the business had carried out virtually no marketing activity for over 20 years.

When SEC engaged us, there were zero live opportunities coming through digital channels. The objective was to rebuild SEC’s digital presence from the ground up – establishing a measurable, reliable pipeline of qualified opportunities that could support future growth.

The approach

We treated the engagement as a full digital reset, designing the strategy and delivery framework required to generate demand consistently.

This included rebuilding SEC’s digital foundations, clarifying positioning and messaging, and delivering brand marketing work to modernise how the business presented itself to the market. Alongside this, we deployed performance-led acquisition channels to test, validate, and scale demand.

Paid media became a primary lever, with campaigns structured around efficiency, lead quality, and attribution rather than volume. Brand activity and performance marketing were deliberately aligned to ensure consistency across the funnel, from first touch through to opportunity creation.

All activity was continuously analysed and refined, allowing budget and effort to be concentrated into the channels and campaigns delivering the strongest commercial return.

The results

$2.5m in quoted opportunities

Generated from a small, tightly controlled media budget within the first year.

18.8× return on ad spend

Google Ads became SEC’s most reliable and cost-effective lead generation channel.

Enterprise-quality inbound demand

Campaigns attracted interest from global brands including American Airlines, Papa John’s, KFC, Dyson, Amazon, Haribo, and Guitar Center.
