Invanity have been working with InsideOut since August 2019 and are working on a wide variety of projects with them, one of which is to increase their social media presence.
Invanity have increased InsideOut’s follower base by 18% across Linkedin, Facebook and Twitter whilst increasing engagement rates by 2,240% on the previous period, with page clicks rising from 108 on Linkedin to 3.1k in the same 4 month period.
We did this by following a simple 3 step process; Firstly, we identified who InsideOut were looking to engage on social media and why, once we understood this we tailored all social posts towards this audience to drive engagement rates up.
Secondly, we levered the power of InsideOuts’ 200+ members of staff, asking them to like and share our content to their personal pages and networks so that we could build an engaged community of like-minded professionals who were seeing our content.
Finally, everything we do is data driven. We analyse which posts are the most successful and why, in addition to which posts fail and why. Once we understand this we can begin working on optimising content moving forwards. We also work on the best time of day to post, what the optimum character count is and what form of media gets the highest engagement rates.
InsideOut continue to work with Invanity and have recently engaged us on an even wider range of campaigns. Their Social game is stronger than ever and will continue to go from strength to strength.
